We met Paul at the Washington branch and were extremely impressed by his professional and courteous manner. We didn`t really know what we were looking for but as is so often the case `we would know it when we saw it`. Sadly, in so many places, indecision is not welcomed but Paul gave us impartial , helpful advice and made suggestions we would not have thought about.
