We bought a house in October last year and needed tiles for the kitchen/hallway. Paul-owner- was great. We got to take a sample home, which made a huge difference and the choice was fab. Direct delivery organised too(but we did have a lot of tiles being delivered- 3 pallets worth). Great advice and fantastic customer service. alan(tiler)- recommended by Paul, then spent 1 week in a freezing cold house and the result is great. Just about to refurb the bathroom and going back to the shop in Washington to choose our tiles….as simple as that!
