I am notoriously the fussiest customer on the block, especially when it comes to tiles. But after trailing EVERY tile shop in Newcastle and around a friend told me about Wall and Floor Tiles. As soon as we went in the showroom i could tell that the tiles were far superior quality than anything we had looked at. Initially we saw Roy, who was really helpful and knew his stuff about the products he was selling (not one of the other tile shops had bothered to educate their staff on the products). However due to my super fussy nature i found my decor tile but not the others at Newcastle. Roy told me about the Washington branch so we got in the car and drove over. There is literally hundreds of tiles between the two shops and Paul spent over an hour with me deciding which tiles to go for and making alternate suggestions once he had the idea of what i wanted. This tile shop have such an extensive range i know that i could easily do a budget bathroom or something very top end without ever going elsewhere. Paul even recommended their tiler Alan who is an amazing tiler and has gone above and beyond at every opportunity, making sure that we were happy every step of the way. The finish on our bathroom is so far beyond our expectations as the whole team have made suggestions along the way that has resulted in a 5 star bathroom! I cant recommend these guys enough.
