Called in this morning looking for a match to a floor tile that had been broken , as they have been down about 7/8 years we know we won’t get a match but something similar would do . Been to several of the big names and frankly they had no interest in helping , as soon as we walked in to your shop we were greeted by a lovely man who went out of his way to help , he found us a almost perfect match within minutes . What a fantastic change getting excellent customer care is very rare these days . We have decided if we need tiles in the future we will only buy from you . Well done
