I dealt with Paul at the Washington showroom. We found the tiles we wanted, they were delivered to our door at the time arranged. Now fitted and look excellent. Paul gave advice that we ensured the tiler followed for a great finish. Paul was very helpful and when we needed a few tiles more, had the warehouse searched and found what was required within minutes. We are pleased with the service and care taken with our order.
